So once you’ve been chatting on the phone lines with someone you really like you may want to take it to the next level and add them on social media.
If you haven’t asked your new phone chat partner yet we don’t suggest just adding them without there permission, that may brush them the wrong way and you don’t want that so how do you add them without creeping them out?
The easiest way is to just ask them straight out if they would like to be your friend on social media. This was you get consent and they feel as though you were proper enough to ask their permission.
Plus if you haven’t exchanged pictures yet you want to make sure you’re adding the right person! If they say yes you’re in the clear. You can also try by asking them if they would like to add you.
This way you can just give them your information and if they add or follow you you’ll know that at least they are interested enough that they want to keep in contact off the phone lines.
Once you do add them, make sure you keep things appropriate for the public. They may not want family and friends to know about their private lives so private message them before sharing or posting anything on their walls.
